Starting this month, I'm launching a new set of workshops geared toward relationship with self. First in the series, is a 6-week weight loss seminar called, Free Yourself from Emotional and Impulsive Eating starting Tuesday, Feb. 24.
For many people, including me, traditional methods of weight loss haven't worked. With all the undue pressure and focus on what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat; it's overwhelming. Instead, this course is about making simple shifts in your thought process and actions to get you where you want to be - thinner. It's really that easy.
This class is about how to start feeling stronger and more in control. How to increase your awareness of triggers that cause you to eat or binge. How to manage your response when activated by an emotional event. It'sabout taking your power back from food.
