Sometimes a little one-on-one or

small group support is all that is needed.cheryl jones - blue dress grey jacket straight on

Executive coaching is an effective professional development tool for not only executives, but middle and upper managers. The coach’s role is to help the coachee(s) focus  attention on a specific area of need or development. Many business professionals use coaching as a means to create better life balance. Some use it for goal attainment, career development, exploration, or to develop skills in communication and/or leadership. Still others may use coaching to help them gain focus during a particularly intense period.

My role as a coach is to assist you to

identify and remove the roadblocks

that keep you from getting what you

desire.

Sometimes those roadblocks are outdated or unreasonable expectations, misperceptions, lack of confidence or any number of other hold-ups.  I can help you gain insight to what is holding you back and help you to release it.

Some of the areas my clients tell me I have been most effective in assisting them with with include:

  • Interpersonal communication
  • Working with other personalities
  • Getting past career burnout
  • Developing greater self-confidence
  • Effective and motivating management
  • Entrepreneurial strategic planning.

There are several different types of coaching arrangements you may be interested in.

One-on-one Coaching - Working with an individual to help them overcome limitations that keeps them from achieving their goals.

Small Group Coaching - includes a work group that may be experiencing difficulty in getting along witth one another,  communicating or working together. In this situation, I will work with the individuals to help them gain a understanding and appreciation of their coworkers, while assisting them in improving their communication and relating skills in order to complete work.
