Executive coaching is an effective professional development tool for not only executives, but middle and upper managers. The coach’s role is to help the coachee focus his/her attention on a specific area of need or development. Many business professionals use coaching as a means to create better life balance. Some use it for goal attainment, career development, exploration, or to develop skills in communication or leadership. Still others may use coaching to help them gain focus during a particularly intense period.

My role as a coach is to assist you to identify and remove the roadblocks that keep you from getting what you desire. Sometimes those roadblocks are outdated or unreasonable expectations, misperceptions, lack of confidence or any number of other hold-ups.  I can help you gain insight to what is holding you back and release it.

Some of the areas my clients tell me I have been most effective are with issues associated with interpersonal communication, working with other personalities, getting past career burnout, developing self-confidence, professional speaking, effective management of employees, and entrepreneurial strategic planning.
