My client list consists of organizations representing a wide variety of industries. Some of the industries include Funeral Services, NBA Basketball Franchise, Commercial Printing, Construction, Medical Offices and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, City and County Governments. Each one is unique and special.

The best part of working with a new client is that I come in with few preconceived watermark grpnotions of how things "should be." Instead of accepting the status quo, I tend to ask a lot of questions, challenge accepted practices and conceive new ideas to improve processes.

I have had many exciting experiences watching my clients grow. While working with the three-time national spurs blk&slvrchampion San Antonio Spurs basketball franchise, I brought four distinctly different organizations together for one purpose - improve the fans’ experience of a game. The four organizations, Spurs, Aramark, Ticketmaster, City of San Antonio, aligned their attention and energy to improve the Spurs’ NBA Fan Satisfaction Rating from 9th to second place over a one year period.

Some improvements are less tangible than a customer satisfaction rating. Many of the changes I see in organizations are simple, yet powerful. The changes I’ve seen are things like managers treating their employees with courtesy; whole organizations working more efficiently, boosting revenues beyond expectation; organizations where individuals starting speaking the language of understanding and appreciation of one another, resulting in a harmonious work place. These are the kinds of changes that make business better and create a satisfied workforce.
