The intention of this workshop is to build powerful connections with customers and co-workers using communication strategies. This program explores the four major communication styles and how to use them to be successful on and off the job.
During this highly interactive presentation, participants will complete a self-assessment to determine their communication preferences. The information gain from this profile provides the foundation necessary for positive interactions with both internal and external customers. And it's fun too!
